Ariana Grande has managed to fix her new tattoo after her Japanese fans found a major mistake in her translation of “7 rings” as 七輪 (shichirin).
Grande soon found out that her tattoo wasn’t about rings at all, but rather a “small charcoal grill”. She had since apologized for the mistake saying that she had “left out ‘つの指’ which should have gone in between,”
Ariana’s corrected new tattoo, however, may not have it’s desired effect since Japanese is read from right to left. But good try anyway.
Remember to check out her new single “7 Rings” and remember when someone says they love Shichirin it could just mean they love the small charcoal grill.
